President Goodluck Jonathan left the country early this morning on a private visit to Germany.
According to a three-paragraph statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, the president would be accompanied on the trip by some of his principal aides.
He is expected back in Abuja early next week.
