It was a moment of respite for the former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Malam Nuhu Ribadu, former military administrator of Lagos state, Buba Marwa and Markus Gundiri as the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Friday granted them waiver to contest the September 6 governorship primary election.
The party urged its members in the state to decide who would be their governorship candidate, stating that as far as it is concerned , it is only the delegates to the September 6 governorship primary election that would decide who would be the governorship candidate of the PDP.
